Vision

At the Northeast Georgia Council on Domestic Violence (NEGACDV), we are dedicated to helping families build healthy, respectful relationships and to ending domestic violence in our communities.

To achieve this, we provide both intervention and prevention services designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families—women, men, children, and their beloved pets—who are impacted by domestic violence.

We recognize that pets are family too, and that concern for their safety can often be a barrier to seeking help. That’s why we are committed to offering resources that support the entire household.

We work to foster a culture of zero tolerance for abuse, while assisting survivors and families with compassion, dignity, and without blame or shame. Through advocacy, education, and comprehensive support, we strive to create lasting change and build safer, more resilient communities.
